Resilient Gate Valves

FEATURES

Former gate valves were hard to use because tools like tongs had to be used when being installed and extraneous matters such as sand would flow into the gate valve protection box due to the short valve shaft. However, we managed to complement this demerit of our gate valve protection box and made the valve shaft longer in order to make the valve shaft to open and close directly without using such things like tongs and to be smoothly used regardless of the extraneous matters inflow such as sand.

MATERIAL 1. - Body cover: Ductile cast iron (GCD450) 1. - Disk: Rubber moulding on bronze 1. - ·Valve stem: Stainless steel (STS403) 1. - Bolt·nut: Stainless (STS304) 1. - Valve shaft: SS41 Nickel chrome plating 1. - Handle: Ductile cast iron (GCD450)
